Order Processing
Thank you for shopping with Al Muheet Atlatlasi Company.
All orders are processed within 2–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after your order is confirmed. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email or message with your shipment details.
Delivery within Kuwait
- Delivery is available throughout Kuwait.
- Delivery time is generally 3–7 business days, depending on product availability and delivery location.
- Delivery charges will be calculated and displayed during checkout.
- Free delivery may apply to selected products or promotional offers.
Deliveries are made Saturday to Thursday, between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM.
International Shipping
International shipping is available to selected countries.
Shipping costs and estimated delivery times will be calculated during checkout based on the destination.
Please note that import duties, customs fees, taxes (including VAT), or any additional charges imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number (where available) via email or SMS.
If you have not received your shipment within the estimated delivery period, please contact us.
Delivery Address
We do not deliver to P.O. Box addresses.
Please ensure your shipping address, contact number, and delivery details are complete and accurate before placing your order.
Returns & Exchanges
Returns are accepted within 15 days from the delivery date, provided that:
- The product has not been used.
- It is in its original packaging.
- It is in resalable condition.
Shipping charges for returned items are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving it.
Kindly provide:
- Your order number.
- Photos showing the damaged product.
- A brief description of the issue.
Each case will be reviewed individually, and we will work to provide the best possible solution.

شركة المحيط الأطلسي لبيع و تركيب حمامات السباحة الجاهزة
معالجة الطلبات
شكراً لتسوقكم من شركة المحيط الأطلسي.
يتم تجهيز جميع الطلبات خلال 2 إلى 3 أيام عمل (باستثناء أيام الجمعة والعطل الرسمية) بعد تأكيد الطلب. وعند شحن الطلب سيتم إرسال رسالة أو بريد إلكتروني يتضمن تفاصيل الشحنة.
التوصيل داخل دولة الكويت
- نوفر خدمة التوصيل إلى جميع مناطق الكويت.
- مدة التوصيل المتوقعة من 3 إلى 7 أيام عمل حسب توفر المنتج وموقع التسليم.
- يتم احتساب رسوم التوصيل عند إتمام عملية الشراء.
- قد يشمل بعض المنتجات أو العروض خدمة توصيل مجانية.
تتم عمليات التوصيل من السبت إلى الخميس بين الساعة 9:00 صباحاً وحتى 6:00 مساءً.
الشحن الدولي
نوفر خدمة الشحن إلى عدد من الدول.
يتم احتساب تكلفة الشحن ومدة التوصيل المتوقعة أثناء إتمام الطلب حسب الدولة المستهدفة.
أي رسوم جمركية أو ضرائب أو رسوم استيراد تفرضها الدولة المستقبلة تقع على مسؤولية العميل.
تتبع الطلب
بعد شحن الطلب سيتم إرسال رقم تتبع (عند توفره) عبر البريد الإلكتروني أو الرسائل النصية، ويمكن استخدامه لمتابعة حالة الشحنة.
في حال تأخر وصول الطلب عن المدة المتوقعة، يرجى التواصل معنا.
عنوان التوصيل
لا نقوم بالتوصيل إلى صناديق البريد (P.O. Box).
يرجى التأكد من إدخال عنوان التوصيل ورقم الهاتف وجميع البيانات بشكل صحيح قبل إتمام الطلب.
الاسترجاع والاستبدال
يمكن طلب استرجاع المنتجات خلال 15 يوماً من تاريخ الاستلام بشرط:
- أن يكون المنتج غير مستخدم.
- أن يكون بحالته الأصلية.
- أن يكون داخل التغليف الأصلي.
رسوم الشحن الخاصة بعملية الإرجاع غير مستردة، إلا إذا كان سبب الإرجاع ناتجاً عن خطأ من الشركة أو وجود عيب في المنتج.
المنتجات المتضررة
إذا وصل المنتج بحالة متضررة، يرجى التواصل معنا خلال 48 ساعة من الاستلام مع تزويدنا بـ:
- رقم الطلب.
- صور واضحة للمنتج.
- وصف مختصر للمشكلة.
سيتم دراسة كل حالة على حدة والعمل على تقديم الحل المناسب.
